Terms of Service
In requesting a commission of the services from this artist, the client is acknowledging and accepting the following terms.a) The artist (Mystery Star) reserves the right to refuse the request. Any request that contains pornography, harmful/offensive content, or requests for realism will be automatically rejected.b) The piece of work being commissioned is for personal use only under normal circumstances. The client may not make any money off of the piece. If the client is interested in commercial work, they must contact the artist privately by email for negotiations to occur.c) The client may not remove the watermark placed on the commissioned work to claim as their own nor be altered.d) The artist reserves all rights over the piece and to use the commissioned work in their portfolio. However, if the client does not wish for the commissioned work to be posted on the artist's social media (Twitter), the client may request so.e) In addition is reserving all rights, the client acknowledges any pieces of artwork at any stage commissioned (past, present, or future) cannot be used with, for, or help any of the following regardless of them being past, present, or future: blockchain-associated technologies, NFT markets, created in NFTs or Cryptocurrencies, and promotional works to support any of the aforementioned.
If it is discovered that the client has failed to comply with this (regardless on whether or not it is the client themselves or a bot used by them) will result in the follow:
1) The client being banned from using any of this artist's services.
2) The client having to pay the artist the entire amount earned from NFT and Cryptocurrency sales (using a regulated, government recognized currency; preferably in USD via Paypal).
3) The commissioned artwork will be removed from any public platforms of this artist.f) For the artist to start work on the commission, the piece must be paid in full. This payment must be fulfilled on Paypal, in which an invoice will be sent upon an approved request.g) The client may request a full refund if the commission has not been started. If the commission has already been started, the client can only receive a partial [50%] refund.

| Mech | An entirely mechanized suits or robots (for pricing). | $50 |

e) Any references, if applicable:If the request is taken, a confirmation email will be sent to affirm everything within the request is correct. Afterwards, an invoice will be sent to the provided email. Any updates or questions will also be directed to the email provided.The request will be fulfilled on average between a week and a month depending on the request. A week for individual characters is more likely and a month for complex requests. If I find I cannot fulfill the request in a reasonable timeframe for any reason, an email will be sent expressing so.If you are curious about projects or want an estimate date of completion, please feel free to email me or DM on Twitter.
